Our Returns and Exchanges Policy:
Your satisfaction means the world to us. We aim to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase and we will do whatever it takes to make our KODI girls happy.
Our simple return and exchange policy is below. If you have and questions you can always contact us at 1800-445-1506 or on live chat.
- All return packages must be received within 21 days of the date your order was shipped.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 days of package recipt.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- The following items are non-refundable:
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition. (Items must be in original condition with tags attached)
- Intimates, tights, socks, accessories, and final sale items.
- Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox - please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box.

How to Make a Return or Exchange
Making returns or exchanges is now painless! Have you read our Returns and Exchanges Policy above? Perfect! As long as your items are eligible for return or exchange, start off by following these easy steps:
- 1. Include your original invoice in your package. If you misplaced it, simply go to "My Account," click on your "Order History," select the right order number, and print.
- 2. On the front of your invoice, circle the names of the items you are returning or exchanging and explain the reason for return:
- Specify if you are returning or exchanging.
- The reason for exchange.
- If you are exchanging, indicate the new size or item.
- 3. Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container.
- 4. From the options below, determine the type of transaction you are making, and follow the rest of the steps.
Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of international shipping, we do not offer international exchanges.
